I thought the Black with Silver bling bling stands out better and behind is criss cross design. Great for pole performance [Ah Cat bought it and wanted to wear for perf but didnt manage to so hope to see her wear during the next one ;)] or for those who go clubbing, but but please be careful and protect your body, and do bring a cardi along in case of cold ;)

 

 
After 3 hours, Tired [with the messy hair and chui chui look] but felt so ^.^ within myself..  Happiness should come from within.. 

Received this email in my Inbox awhile ago and what i thought interesting was unlike  some of the rest which just list down in point form asking the usual questions where it might appear dubious..  this one actually has an Excel worksheet to fill up the details.. and Not required to pay for ANYTHING, ALL expenses will be borne by either by the Co. or the clients. Sure this will entice some of the girls to try it out.. 

Although we have no right to dictate another his/her way of living.. but i think it's the dignity that makes a difference in earning that $$ back home. 

Hmm, was just talking to my team mate {i bet she's reading this :P} that if this is the form for recruiting  Pole Dancers to work abroad,  then YES i might just send my CV over with copies of my certs [both academic + dance], pole videos & testimonials! lol  (ooops:) 


Including this week, it’s already the 3^rd week iam away from pole and better start practicing.. 

Despite started late, with my gelish nail art still intact and some technical glitch, yesterday evening’s pole practice was good, had an emo moment when doing the "Heaven Knows" pole vid.. *You are always on my mind*

The reason: "Not sure but I think it’s the formula that I am currently taking that somehow I thought I looked a lil’ different that nite.. :P"

While waiting for the studio, one poly student asked me whether if I am an Instructor?? :)

Inner voice: felt wow ^.^ but nope ;( and anyway it’s already an impossible dream come true for me to come this far in pole and I cherish what I have learnt, people I have met so far in this awesome journey.. and looking forward to a place  where I can seek solace -> ♥ Zhenna mini Home Pole Studio ♥ xoxo

Flowers for my MUM.

I am sure this happened to all of us at some point.. That’s one of the functions of the Backspace key ;). Ok jokes aside, especially when you are angry with someone, best not to say any or type any word when you are still in the moment of heat lest you cant retract your actions or regret later.

  

However, some thoughts need to be made known before it’s too late either.  . Haiz anyway if the people [that matters] understand you, they would and stand by you NO MATTER what. If they can't, then sadly they dun deserve any place in your heart anymore . .

OMGGG!! I cant believe the reading on the scale and stood at least 3 times to re-confirm lol.. from 65kg to 63kg [with pole + hot yoga] then relac a bit then recently took the au de natural formula plus hot yoga and this is the result!! 

Received lovely comments from folks *ahem* and never felt so ^.^ okie  I promised and shall not allow myself to be over the “6” tip again! 

My current BMI: 57 kg / 1.67 x 1.67 = 20.5!!

BMI Categories:

• Underweight = Less than 18.5
• Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
• Overweight = 25–29.9
• Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Lil' updates on Zhenna mini Home Pole Studio :))

13 May 2013: It's Monday but yet not a blue Monday... every first day of the week, i would visit Sengkangzai's blog (an enthusiast, not contractor, who like to snap pix of progress of developments for Sengkang) for updates of pix of future Zhenna mini Home Pole Studio :)).

Then, i will update on the right side bar of this page so i will be motivated and hope it will be built soooner!! 

Over the weekends, headed to JB with Ah Cat & Sab and we had a great time!! ^^

Did gelish nails【for my very苦命手】, which are heavily used for work, household chores, pole [but it's my passion so it's ok :P] and massaging and pressing his feet. 

Compared to SG, it's much cheaper to do in JB. You can try the Nail Studio in Holiday Plaza. RM55 for classic mani +pedi then add on RM55 for gelish/nail art. 

Another good buy will be mobile casing. Seriously forget about getting one in SG, unless u juz want a basic one. There are aplenty here [nicer designs & much cheaper] in JB! I love my hot pink leopard print Note II cover (see pic). Grabbed it for only RM25 (about S$10) and the previous dusty green cover which i bought here for S$49 is selling only RM15 (S$7) !! aiyooo*heart pain ah*  ANyway we are planning to go again once Ah Cat is back from her Taiwan trip! 

I have dry lips but yet dun like & very lazy to put lipstick .. tried this Body Shop lemon flavour lip butter which is said to be very good for moisturizing.. 

Hmm if not for the lemon tint, I would feel as if I am spreading butter on my lips haha :P

The pushcart stall inside KSL shopping mall, JB which sells Big Circle lens [INSTANT bigger eye lens that can make you look like a DOLL!!]. 

I asked the sales staff [我问爽而已:P] what size she would recommend for my eyes?? She said size 14.5, normal size is 14, the largest is 14.8.. wahhh but i can only dream on as i dun have the guts to put on contact lenses... even with eye-makeup, i cant and would rather be a blurred subject lol..

Days passed after trying out the formula (for my tummy), and now i find myself buying more shorts.. lol 

Anyway, will be doing a flea market in June at Scape Park for my over-bursting wardrobe with my team mates. Good chance to let go and save the mooola haha..

It's every pole dancer's dream to have his/her own personal pole.  I have always wanted a pole at home and thought would at most install it inthe living room.. but when i got the permission to have a room dedicated to POLE, i screamed with joy hoho!!! *think iam more excited than the master bedroom..lol :P*

You can imagine the curve (not my body curve lol :P) but the curve on my face!!! :)))
Then he said he will take care of the renov, but i refused because it will be my mini studio so  every piece of brick, cement, paint, furniture, sound system, pole, and all stuff, i want to earn  it myself.. then i will feel that sense of self-achievement when i step into it.. :D

He looked at me (like unbelievable) and i cheekily asked: "You want to touch my forehead, see whether i got fever anot?  lol. . wah lau eh, want to be good also difficult, LP la and point my golden finger :D okok *must be gentle (in my husky voice)* [Inner voice: 谢谢你给我的一切一切。。^.^] 

Thou it's still quite some time before completion, iam starting to think:

• what color to paint
• what equipment to buy [besides my pole :)]
• what furniture [maybe a sofa bed, a mini tv, just like a room where i can sleep in too, if iam tired]
• a friend suggested curtains haha
• my team mate gave me lots of ideas like mirrors, sound system

So starting with Wall Colors:

Aweeesooomee!!! Sooooo Pinkish!!! Yes this is something close to what i think i want . . .  :P

2 weeks away  and starting Pole Grooves class this Sunday. but will have to give it a miss as i am visiting my mum at cemetery. Since Sec 2, while others ordered bouquets of flowers for their moms or can bring their moms anytime out for meals or pamper them with facials or travelling, i can only buy fresh flowers for the 2 vases on her grave. 

Therefore cherish your parents while they are still there for you. Never have that 子欲养而亲不待 de feeling, .. 

All rite, weather can be unpredictable.. do take care and drink lots of water / eat more fruits!
